Udmurt State University offers Bachelor's, Master's, Specialist's and Doctoral study programs for international students.

All international applicants are required to take entrance exams except for those recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
The language of instruction at Udmurt State University is Russian in all degree programmes. The entry level of Russian is B1-B2. To get enrolled in a degree program international applicants that do not possess the sufficient Russian language level are recommended to take a one-year course of the Russian language.
International degree students are required to pay for their tuition at UdSU. The tuition fee varies depending on a study programme. However, in some cases foreign applicants can get tuition fee waiver:
In case you are enrolled or invited to UdSU, please, remember that you should come up to the International and Public Relations Office (bld. 1, room 238) within three days upon your arrival to Izhevsk (it is necessary to make sure you follow the Migration Registration Rules in due order), our officers will assist your residence registration.

Admission launch 2019!
We sincerely congratulate all high-school and Universities graduates with all the exams passed and are happy to announce the admission campaign 2019, starting on June 20.
You can already submit your documents to apply for undergraduate and graduate level programmes. The campaign will take place up to August 7.
