To be admitted to degree studies at Udmurt State University, international applicants are required to have at least B1-B2 level of the Russian language competence. Those whose competence of the Russian language is below the admission requirement should take pre-university courses.
The programme provides intensive Russian language studies and training in specialized subjects to enter a chosen UdSU institute. It also incorporates a diverse cultural programme.
Classes are held in small groups of 3-9 people.

In accordance with the agreement between Udmurt State University and the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, students can take the State Test of Russian as a foreign language (TORFL) at the Centre of International Education and get a Certificate. This Certificate represents official international recognition of the level of Russian language.

Accommodation: UdSU international students are provided with the accommodation in a new comfortable dormitory where international students and Russian students live together.
Accommodation fee: 2 500–3 500 Russian Rubles per month (approx. 40-50 $)
