Russian as a Foreign Language Programmes

UdSU Russian language programmes are aimed at those who

  • wish to apply for degree studies in Russian universities;
  • are enrolled in UdSU degree programmes and need to further develop their Russian language competence;
  • are interested in the Russian language and culture.

Application deadline for language classes: July 30, 2020

Application deadline for Summer Schools: May 30, 2020

How to apply:

  1. Fill in the (application form)PDFApplication form. Print and sign the filled out application, and then forward it to us along with a scanned copy of your passport (all pages!).
  2. Receive a contract for educational service. Sign the contract if you agree with all conditions.
  3. Make the prepayment (in the amount of 40%) according to the contract. 
  4. Pay a tax for invitation (800 RuR = 12 $).The preparation of the invitation takes about 1 month.
  5. Receive the invitation (we will process an e-Invitation, you will receive a code via e-mail and will be able to apply with this code to the Embassy).
  6. Apply for a visa to Embassy of Russian Federation in your country. Please, fill in the column ‘Which embassy or consulate of the Russian Federation abroad processes your visa?’ in the Application Form carefully.
  7. Send us a scanned copy of your visa as soon as you receive it

Accommodation facilities

Accommodation fee:

UdSU Dormitory: 2 500–3 500 RUR per month (approx. 40-50 $)

Extra fees

Medical insurance and Medical examination (X-Ray test, dermatologist, therapist) – 4000 RUR per 1 year
