Udmurt State University has been a member of various international university consortia under the TEMPUS, ERASMUS MUNDUS, Seventh Framework Programme since the 1990s. Participation in the implementation of 15 TEMPUS and 2 ERASMUS MUNDUS projects has greatly contributed to the internationalisation of the university, to the professional growth of the academic and administrative staff and intergration of the university to the world educational system.
