On April 27 Rector Galina V. Merzlyakova, Vice-Rector for Research and Strategic Development Aleksandr M, Makarov, and Director of Engineering Centre Andrei G. Kovalchuk attended the online-meeting to discuss the establishment of research and education consortium “Advanced Eco-Technologies”.

On April 23 the results of the 18th 'PR and Advertising Week on the Enisey river' (Yarpiar) festival were announced. A team of students from the UdSU Institute of Social Communication called "The Fifth Floor" has become the absolute winner of the contest which this year was held online.

On April 14 the International and Public Relation Office held a zoom-conference which became a meeting point for the current and future UdSU exchange students, the representatives of the sending institutes and the International Office staff.
Following the guidelines of the order No 545 of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education dated April 02, the Udmurt State University extends distance-learning for all UdSU students until April 30. This decision is also in line with the latest decree of the Russian President V. Putin "On measures provding epidemiological welfare of Russian citizens in connection with COVID-19 outbreak" (No 239 of April 02, 2020).
